Refund Policy

Low-Cost Annual Plans

Vesper subscriptions are low-cost annual plans. Payments are generally non-refundable once purchased or renewed, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Refund Exceptions

We may provide a refund for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, billing errors, fraud, extended service outages, or where required by law. Refund requests should be made within 14 days of the charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@terronex.dev with your account email and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• Your account reverts to the free tier after the billing period ends.
• Your bookmarks, highlights, and notes are preserved and remain accessible if you resubscribe.
